About Us

Discover Grace

We are a Christian community located on the border of Piscataway and Edison, New Jersey, centered on a simple but powerful calling: loving God, loving people, and serving others.

We believe God’s love changes lives. Because of that, Grace Alliance Church is a place where people from every culture, background, and stage of faith can come as they are, feel genuinely welcomed, and discover what it means to walk with Jesus in everyday life. Whether you have followed Christ for years, are returning after a long break, or are simply exploring faith, you are welcome here.

Our desire is not to impress people, but to point them to Jesus. We seek to teach the Bible clearly, worship authentically, and build a caring community where faith grows through real relationships, honest questions, and shared life.

We gather for worship every Sunday morning at 10:30am on the campus of Timothy Christian School, 200 Ethel Road, Building 2, in Piscataway, New Jersey, serving families throughout Piscataway and Edison.

If you are looking for a church where God’s Word is taught with warmth and conviction, where people know your name, and where grace is more than just a word, we would love to meet you at Grace Alliance Church.

Mark Kincade

Lead Pastor

Mark has served as the pastor of Grace Alliance Church since 1998. He holds a Master of Divinity degree from Alliance Theological Seminary. Mark teaches the Bible with conviction, humor, and compassion. He focuses on making the truth of the Bible accessible, showing how God’s love changes the way we live. His goal is to help people move past religious tradition to find a real, growing relationship with Jesus that works in everyday life.

Known for his friendly, informal, and approachable style, Mark values relationships over titles. In fact, the only people who call him “Reverend” are telemarketers. He is married, has two adult sons who graduated from Rutgers (Go RU!), and lives in Piscataway. Mark loves to hike, read, and watch basketball or a good movie. He also enjoys walking with his wife and their 15-pound dog, Bear, whose name is the only intimidating thing about him.

Pastor Christian Mercado

Associate Pastor

Christian holds a Master of Divinity in Christian Apologetics from Liberty University and was licensed as a pastor in 2018. He came to faith at age 21 and still talks about it with the same sense of gratitude and awe. He is passionate about the Lord, loves to teach the Bible, and has a heart for helping people understand that following Jesus is deeply rooted in truth and powerfully practical for everyday life.

At Grace Alliance Church, Christian leads our Young Adults ministry, preaches regularly, and works closely with our men’s ministry. He enjoys helping people think clearly about what they believe and why it matters. Christian and his wife live in Sayreville with their two children.

Dr. Glenn Pietruski

Preaching Elder

Glenn holds a Master of Divinity from Alliance Theological Seminary and a Doctorate in Christian Apologetics from Southern Evangelical Seminary. He has served in ministry for over twenty-five years and was an adjunct professor of Bible and Theology at Pillar College.

Glenn is a man of deep theological knowledge, essentially Grace Alliance’s version of a “Bible Answer Man.” Whether leading our Sunday morning Adult Bible Class or our Wednesday Night study, he has a gift for making complex truths clear and applicable to real life. Glenn and his wife live in Edison.

Margaret Disch

Women of Grace Leader

Margaret leads Women of Grace with a passion for helping women grow to become more like Jesus. She oversees the monthly Praise and Prayer gatherings, the Sunday Women’s Group at the Ministry Center, and special events and service projects throughout the year.

Margaret has a heart for one-on-one discipleship, walking alongside women as they grow in their faith and learn how to pass it on to others. Her desire is to see women in Piscataway, Edison, and central New Jersey rooted in Christ and equipped to encourage the next generation.

Our Global Family

Grace Alliance Church is a local church serving
Piscataway and Edison, New Jersey.

We are also connected to a worldwide family of churches through the Alliance World Fellowship, a movement of more than 24,000 churches in over 80 countries with 6 million people across the globe.

For us, this connection is not about a label. It is about shared mission and healthy accountability. It means we partner with other churches to strengthen leaders, support global outreach, and bring practical help and lasting hope to communities near and far. While Grace Alliance has the heart of a close-knit church in central New Jersey, we are part of something bigger than ourselves.
